What are the Safety Operating procedures of the Double-shaft Mixer?
Double-shaft mixer is a stirring shaft with two large stiffness, a certain spiral Angle and pitch above the shaft distribution of a number of fan stirring blades, two blade shafts in the tank box reverse rotation (and at the same time adding liquid), so that the powder material in the tank is evenly stirred (humidification), the blade is made of wear-resistant cast iron.
Safe operation and maintenance procedures:
1. Operators must wear protective supplies before they can operate on duty.
2. Before starting, it is necessary to check whether the fixed parts are firm, whether there is oil in the lubrication point, clean up and remove all debris that hinders the operation.
3. When starting, start the motor first, and then add the material to stir, need to stop, first stop the feeding, stop the motor after no material.
4. Whether the stirring blade is complete and whether it is loose; Whether the triangle belt is complete and the tension is consistent.
5. Fill each lubricating point with lubricating oil, stir tank safety protection net, triangle belt, coupling safety cover is complete and firm; After confirming that there is no power-on fault, send a power-on signal and prepare to power on and supply materials.
6. Mixer in the normal operation process must be the following:
(1) In operation, the maximum temperature of the rolling bearing seat shall not exceed 65 degrees, and there shall be no odor.
(2) The machine equipment has no abnormal sound, and the current indicator is marked with no abnormal fluctuation.
(3) Whether the mixing blade is loose and falling off, and whether the mixing slime meets the technical requirements of the molding process.
(4) Any maintenance operation is strictly prohibited during operation.
(5) If there is a power outage or other failure to cause a large amount of material inside the tank, it must not be forcibly started, and it must be cleaned before it can be started lightly.
(6) The mixer is not allowed to run with open cover and must be covered with a safety cover.
7. Shutdown or maintenance pay attention to the following safety matters:
(1) Normal shutdown, stop feeding first, until the mixing tank is clean (there is no slime under the mixing shaft) before stopping and cutting off the power supply, so as to start the next time.
(2) Regularly check whether the fastener of the mixing blade is loose, whether the wear of the mixing blade is excessive, and the blade should be replaced if necessary.
(3) To troubleshoot the mixer, it must be carried out in the shutdown state, and notify the preceding and following processes of standby. After shutdown, the system power supply must be cut off.
(4) When the blade of the mixer is replaced after maintenance, the brake must be pulled, there is a special monitoring and contact confirmation mechanism (maintenance must ensure that more than three people), the coal mud in the tank is cleaned, and the triangle belt can be repaired.
