Palm Fiber Drying Machine
Capacity: 6-30 t/d
Heat Source:Suitable for biomass, natural gas, diesel, coal, etc.
Application: Suitable to drying cocopeat, coconut coir, coconut silk, coconut fiber, palm slag, etc.
Product Introduction
The palm fiber dryer, also known as the dedicated palm fiber drum dryer, consists of several components, including a hot blast stove, feed conveyor, rotary drum dryer, discharge conveyor, dust collector, and power distribution cabinet. Once the fiber is separated and enters the dryer, it is evenly distributed within the drum, lifted and dropped through the hot air to optimize heat transfer. The material is uniformly dispersed in the hot air, which facilitates efficient heat and mass transfer, resulting in a quick drying process within the drum. Using wood, straw, nutshell waste, coal, natural gas, or diesel oil as energy sources, the palm fiber dryer can dry palm fiber with a moisture content ranging from 30-45%, producing a finished product with a moisture content of less than 18%. The host is equipped with electromagnetic or frequency-controlled motor speed transmission, and an automatic temperature control device to ensure a drying process that produces palm fiber with good color, strength, and flexibility.

Working Principle
The palm fiber dryer, also referred to as the dedicated palm fiber drum dryer, is comprised of various components such as a hot blast stove, feed conveyor, rotary drum dryer, discharge conveyor, dust collector, and power distribution cabinet. Upon separation, the fiber is evenly distributed within the drum, allowing for maximum heat transfer by lifting and dropping the material through the hot air. This results in the material being evenly dispersed within the hot air, leading to quick drying within the drum through heat and mass transfer. In the design of the production line, process parameters, equipment selection, and structure design are analyzed with respect to the characteristics of the palm fiber material and actual shredded palm fiber drying test validation. The schematic design takes into account the flammable and clustery characteristics of the silk fiber, as well as the presence of furfural residue. To ensure good silk fiber drying effect and cleanliness, a series of innovative and unique technologies have been adopted. The palm fiber dryer is capable of drying palm fiber with a moisture content ranging from 30-45%, resulting in a finished product with a moisture content of less than 18%. The drying process employs the use of wood, straw, nutshell waste, coal, natural gas, or diesel oil for energy, and utilizes a variety of wet materials for hot air and instantaneous high temperature drying. The host is equipped with electromagnetic or frequency control of motor speed and an automatic temperature control device to ensure the fiber is dried with good color, strength, and flexibility.
