Zhengzhou TongDing machinery Co., Ltd has responded to market demand by designing and manufacturing a paddle rotary dryer, also known as a paddle-harrow rotary dryer. This dryer was specifically created to address issues with traditional rotary dryers, which are unsuitable for materials with high moisture content exceeding 50% and low viscosity. Additionally, the "black hole" phenomenon present in traditional rotary dryers reduces drying capacity and increases energy consumption. To combat these problems, the paddle rotary dryer is equipped with high-speed spinning paddles that enhance crushing and separating functions. This crushing effect expands particle contact surface area, greatly increasing heat transfer and vaporization rates. Practical tests have shown that the unit vaporization capacity per hour of the paddle rotary dryer can reach 25-60kg/m2, twice that of traditional rotary dryers. This leads to a 50% increase in output and a 30% reduction in fuel consumption. Furthermore, the paddle rotary dryer improves drying efficiency by 40% and occupies a smaller footprint. It is suitable for drying high-moisture materials with 50%-65% moisture content, such as wood chips, sawdust, bamboo chips, wood shavings, barley straw, oat straw, wheat straw, rye straw, rice straw, sorghum straw, corn stalks, corn bran, potato vines, beans stalk, and peanut vine.
