Dryer Installation and Commissioning

1. The installation of the dryer should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the assembly drawing and the basic drawing. Before the installation of the dryer, its parts and auxiliary parts should be checked, cleaned, cleaned and complete.

2. Since the dryer is a long and large equipment, the installation should be carried out in this order and method:
(1) Draw the foundation line: make the cross line, the elevation line, and the central marking buried on the foundation plate correctly to achieve convenient use, accuracy, and not to be covered after the installation of the frame.
(2) Install the base and tug: level the position of the cushion iron, draw out the base and the center line of the tug, adjust it flat and straight according to the position of the drawing, first grouting the foundation hole, tighten the anchor bolts when the concrete reaches a certain strength, and then install the cylinder after passing the review.
(3) Install the cylinder and the rolling ring: first install the rolling ring on the cylinder, fix the concave joint required to a positive and reverse staggered configuration, and adjust the thickness of the cushion iron, so that the contact between the rolling ring and the concave joint to maintain the corresponding gap, do not be consistent, and spot weld the concave joint bolt head and the cylinder body.
(4) Install the big gear: Before installation, check that there are no collision marks on the butt surface interface, clean the contact surface of the big gear and the cylinder, and then carefully align the two halves of the gear and tighten the interface bolt, and then the radial runout and lateral swing of the big gear until the calibration is qualified.
(5) Installation of pinion, reducer, motor: according to the installed big gear, adjust the mesh parameters of the big and pinion and meet the requirements of the equipment, fix the pinion, the position of the reducer.
(6) Install the gear cover: make it even with the edge of the gear.

3. After all the above work is done, secondary grouting should be carried out, and the requirements for grouting should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of civil design. The installation review and debugging work related to grouting are carried out simultaneously to ensure the installation quality of the dryer.
