1. After the completion of each work, the responsible personnel of the mixing station should clean up and maintain the project:
(1) Clean up the ash accumulation inside and outside the wall of the mixing tank, the concrete residue on the discharge port, the mixing shaft and the discharge door, wash these places with water, and if necessary, put a small amount of stones and water into the mixing for a few minutes before releasing. Clean vehicle, additive tank and supply system with water.
(2) Freezing season, at the end of the work, the pump, additive pump, water tank, additive tank, water, residual water and additive in the additive pipeline should be drained to prevent damage to the pump and its pipeline, and start the additive pump of the pump to run for 1-2 minutes.

2. dry mortar mixed plan weekly inspection maintenance items:
(1) Whether the manual oil pump needs to be lubricated
(2) Each lubrication point must be lubricated
Note: The lubrication points are located at the gate shaft of the mixer, the gate shaft of the storage hopper and weighing hopper, the belt conveyor, the machine support wheel, the press wheel, the roller, the bearing, the transmission chain, the lower end bearing and the main engine gear.
(3) Check the wear of blades, scrapers, mixing arms, etc. Adjust the gap or replace it if necessary.
(4) Check whether the vibrator connection bolt is loose
(5) Check the quality of lubricating oil in the crankcase of the air compressor. Replace if necessary
(6) Check whether the contactor in the electrical appliance and the static contact of the intermediate relay are damaged and burned out.
