3: Pneumatic Conveying
Weighed materials are pneumatically conveyed to the mixer – fast, clean, and dust-free.
4: High-Efficiency Mixing
In our horizontal ribbon or paddle mixer, materials blend to complete homogeneity in just 3 to 5 minutes. The result – consistent, high-quality mortar every time.
5: Finished Product Storage
Finished mortar is transferred to buffer silos, ready for packaging or bulk loading.
6: Automated Packaging
Choose from valve bag packers, open-mouth baggers, or bulk loading. Our automated systems fill, seal, and stack – ready for shipment.
