Development of Dry Mortar Production Line
The development of dry mortar production line in China is mainly concentrated in the following points:
1. Dry mortar varieties using industrial wastes and local materials as the main raw materials. The utilization of fly ash, slag, waste stone powder, oil refining waste, bentonite, etc., but can not reduce the cost of dry mortar, mortar performance, and is conducive to protecting the environment and saving resources.
2. Develop new varieties. Only the development of mortar varieties that meet the needs of the market can make its scope of use unrestricted and create good conditions for its smooth promotion. With the emergence of mortar, special mortar not only drives the development of dry mortar, but also creates conditions for promoting the development of other industries.
3. Develop their own production process. At present, the production process of dry mortar is not mature enough in China, and the production lines of general production enterprises are introduced from abroad, and their investment in a production line is 20-30 million yuan, and the price is expensive. Only by developing a production process in line with China’s national conditions can we create conditions for the construction of dry mortar enterprises, which not only reduces the investment cost, but also reduces the production cost.
4. Coordinate with wall materials. The state has been committed to promoting the use of new wall materials, so it has developed special mortar that is compatible with the main block materials currently used. Relevant data show that the problems that the original mortar shows in the use of new wall materials are:
a. The construction performance of mortar is not good, the block absorbs too much water during the masonry process, the block loses water during the drying process, and the secondary dry shrinkage of the block leads to the cracking of the wall, and the mortar masonry is not full, resulting in holes and other quality problems.
b. The adhesion of mortar after drying and curing in the new wall material due to the difference in section size and clay brick, the phenomenon of insufficient adhesion, resulting in the wall is easy to crack under the influence of deformation stress.
