Product Introduction
Corn husk is a valuable source of nutrients, containing not only polysaccharides like starch and cellulose, but also significant amounts of soluble protein and its degradation products, such as peptides and amino acids. Furthermore, it contains lactic acid, phytic acid, calcium, and magnesium salts, as well as soluble sugars, all of which have high nutritional value. This material can be fed to herbivores, such as cattle, sheep, and fish, as well as single-stomach animals like pigs and chickens.
Working Principle
When the moisture content of wet corn husk reaches 35% to 40%, it is uniformly mixed with corn steep liquid and conveyed into a feed machine. The wet corn husk and corn steep liquid mixture is then delivered into a drying drum, which contains uniformly distributed flights and sets of agitators. These agitators lift the wet corn husk up and down, ensuring it comes into full contact with hot air, allowing for the process of mass transfer and heat transfer to occur.
