Working Principle
To begin, the biomass material is ignited in the gasifier. After the burning process, flue gas is produced, which is then subjected to spraying, cooling, and purification processes to generate pure combustible gas, such as carbon monoxide, methane, and ethane. This pure combustible gas serves as the initial heat source for the carbonization process, allowing for the heating of the material to a specific temperature before feeding. The flue gas generated during carbonization is also subjected to spraying, cooling, and purification processes before being burned for a second time. Through this cycle, the equipment achieves self-sufficiency and energy efficiency. Furthermore, the purified flue gas meets environmental production standards and is free from emissions, satisfying the requirements for waste gas disposal. The carbonization temperature ranges between 600 ℃ to 900 ℃, and it can be adjusted based on the material's characteristics and requirements.
