Composition of Dry Mortar Production Line

Eight systems of dry mortar production line:

1. Raw material storage system: It is composed of raw material silo, safety valve, bin top dust collector, material level indicator, vibration feeder, manual valve and other supporting equipment.

2. Conveying system: composed of screw conveyor (also known as skein dragon), bucket elevator, pneumatic conveying system and other supporting Settings.

3. Batching system: It is composed of batching bucket, batching bucket bracket, breathable cap, pneumatic valve, vibration feeder, sensor and other supporting equipment.

4. Mixing system: there are dual-axis non-gravity blade mixer, spiral belt mixer, cone mixer, pear knife mixer and other supporting equipment.

5. Packaging system: It is composed of pneumatic valve pocket packing machine, spiral packing machine, belt conveyor, spiral discharging machine and other batching equipment.

6. Dust removal system: composed of pulse bag dust collector, bin top dust collector, accessories and pipes and other supporting equipment.

7. gas phase balance system: composed of air flow cushion and other supporting equipment.

8. Central control system: instrument, PLC or computer, time relay, alarm light, alarm bell, contactor and other supporting equipment.
