Working Principle
Cocopeat process: After undergoing desalination and dehydration, cocopeat with a moisture content of 50-60% is fed into the dryer and subjected to flow drying. Inside the dryer, a shoveling plate continually lifts and drops the cocopeat, causing it to spiral forward through the inner, middle, and outer layers of the dryer. During this process, the cocopeat and hot air undergo heat exchange, resulting in rapid drying of the cocopeat. The dry cocopeat is quickly moved and discharged by the wind, while the wet cocopeat, due to its weight, cannot move as quickly.
This drying process ensures that the cocopeat is fully dried within the dryer, reducing the moisture content to 14-18% (adjustable according to customer requirements). Once the drying process is complete, the cocopeat is discharged by a screw conveyor. To prevent any uneven drying effects, the dryer is equipped with a special device.

Hot air process: We have configured a high-efficiency energy-saving hot air furnace for our dryer, which can be fueled by natural gas, diesel, coal, wood, straw, rice husk, and other sources. The furnace is capable of supplying oxygen-poor hot air at temperatures ranging from 500 to 650℃. After precipitation and ash removal, the hot air is directed into the dryer, where it is used to evaporate water and dry the coconut coir. Upon exiting the dryer, the temperature of the hot air is reduced to 50-65℃. The wet and dust-laden exhaust gas is then directed through a professional-grade dust collector to meet the required discharge standard.
