Product Introduction
The Belt Type Coconut Peat Dewatering Machine is designed for efficient dehydration of various materials such as coconut peat, coconut coir, coco pith, coconut chaff, and others.
Working Principle
The material, with a moisture content of 80%-90%, is transported to the dehydrator's material hopper via a conveyor. Using a spiral material distributing device, the material is uniformly laid onto the filter belt, which moves in conjunction with the equipment. A limiting plate is then used to flatten the material layer and ensure that the material thickness is entirely uniform. Next, the high and low tensioning annular filter belts clamp the material layer, driven by the driving roller. The double roller in the dehydration area repeatedly and continuously presses the material mechanically, extracting a substantial amount of water content. The resulting moisture content after dehydration ranges from 65%-70%.
Our equipment can automatically adjust extrusion force according to the specific material features, thereby satisfying our customers' moisture requirements. Additionally, our equipment is capable of intelligent operation, allowing for 24-hour continuous automatic running and greatly reducing labor working strength.
