Working Principle
The material with a moisture content of 80%-90% is conveyed to the dehydrator's material hopper via a conveyor. A spiral material distributing device is used to uniformly lay the material onto the filter belt, which moves in sync with the equipment. A limiting plate is then used to scrape the material layer flat, ensuring complete uniformity and accordance of material thickness. The high and low tensioning annular filter belts clamp the material layer, driven by the driving roller. The double roller in the dehydration area mechanically presses the material continuously and repeatedly, extracting a significant amount of water content. The resulting moisture content after dehydration typically ranges from 65%-70%.
