Working Principle
Material is fed into the weighing hopper by the feeding system; the process begins with rapid feeding, switches to slow feeding as the target weight approaches, and stops once the set weight is reached. After the operator hangs the bag and clamps the opening, the equipment automatically discharges the material into the bag. Upon completion of filling, the bag is released, concluding the packaging cycle. Real-time feedback from load cells ensures precise quantitative filling of bulk materials into large bags.
