Working Principle
The first step is to ignite the biomass in the gasifier, and then through the spraying, cooling, and purification process, the flue gas produced by burning is converted into pure combustible gas (carbon monoxide, methane, ethane, etc.). This combustible gas serves as the initial heat source for carbonization, providing early warming for the carbonizer until the material reaches the desired temperature for feeding. During the carbonization process, the flue gas generated is sprayed, cooled, and purified to produce secondary combustible gas that is burned to sustain the process. Through this method of circulation, autologous flue gas combustion is achieved, resulting in energy savings. Moreover, after purification treatment, the flue gas produced is emissions-free and meets the standards for waste gas emptying, thereby promoting environmental protection. During the carbonization process, the temperature can reach 500 ℃ to 700 ℃, and the temperature can be adjusted based on the characteristics of the material.
