Working Principle of Automatic Dry Mixed Mortar Production Plant
The automated dry-mixed mortar production line utilizes a fully automated PLC control system to execute the processes of raw material drying, screening, storage, proportioning, weighing, mixing, and packaging according to specific product formulas.
Raw materials such as sand, cement, and additives are stored in separate silos. Upon receiving commands from the control system, the materials are discharged via screw conveyors and weighed with high precision; once weighed, they are fed into the mixer for thorough, uniform blending. The finished dry mortar is then transferred to a storage silo before being automatically bagged or discharged in bulk. The entire process operates automatically, ensuring high weighing accuracy and consistent mixing quality.
